Job Summary: To ensure customer satisfaction through efficient health insurance claims services, marketing and underwriting. Ensuring retention and Generating of new business so as to achieve the set departmental budget

Duties and Responsibilities
- Renewal invitations
- New and existing business Quotations
- Customer service
- Marketing
- Claims processing
- Negotiating with doctors for cost control
- Accounts performance review
- Credit control
- Clients visits
- Vetting claims
- Underwriting
Knowledge, skills and Abilities
- Technical competence
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle large volumes
- Ability to work under no supervision
- Organisational skills
Credentials and Experience
- University degree or equivalent.
- 3 years in a busy medical underwriting department.
- Insurance Professional qualification (ACII, AIIK).
